I have been living in Malta for three years. I work as an SRE / DevOps engineer, supporting systems and platforms that need to stay reliable in fast-moving environments.

Over that time I have worked in different sectors and roles—from startups to more established companies. That variety gave me exposure to how teams hire, how interviews are structured, and what employers in Malta actually look for beyond buzzwords on a CV.
