I moved to Malta with around two years of IT experience and built my career here step by step, progressing into a Senior Site Reliability Engineer role.

Over that time I have worked in different sectors and roles—from startups to more established companies. That variety gave me exposure to how teams hire, how interviews are structured, and what employers in Malta actually look for beyond buzzwords on a CV.

I mentor IT professionals who want to find a job here or take the next step in their career. My aim is to share what I have learned first-hand: how to present your experience clearly, prepare for technical and behavioural interviews, and understand the local job market with realistic expectations.
